Access is separated by role. Retention periods should be confirmed with each organization and its applicable obligations.
When these tools are enabled, we may use audience measurement tools to understand use of the public site, improve our pages and measure demonstration requests. Events sent to these tools must not contain message content, passwords, private notes or session data. Campaign parameters may be used to understand where requests come from.
